Payment Information

We want to make it easy as possible for you to receive your dental care. Our office staff is available to help you with your insurance claims and paperwork.  We are in-network providers of Delta Dental Premier and United Concordia.  We can also process other types of insurance.  Payments including co-pay and deductible are due at the time of your dental service.

No Dental Benefits?  We have you covered!  Our Membership Plan provides the professional oral care you want at an affordable price! How can we do this? By offering the plan directly to you, we remove the cost and hassle of a middleman. We keep it simple, pass the savings to you, and focus on your oral care. You can sign up at your appointment or give us a call to discuss this plan further.

For over 30 years, CareCredit has been providing a valuable financing option for treatments and procedures that typically are not covered by insurance, or for times when insurance doesn’t cover the full amount. CareCredit is also used by cardholders to pay for deductibles and co-payments.

We think people like having financial options, because that gives them the freedom to make decisions about treatment options. So they can do what’s best for their situation and their family.
